Today is the official launch of my coaching company Fit Goals!
It is going to be a long process from today to being fully functioning, but I am letting it fly so I can get the word out there. Keep checking back as I try and update it regularly. This will still be the page for my daily moanings as usual, but Fit Goals is all about helping you get started.
